Real estate in Latvia and Miami and dad in Moscow – how Philip Kirkorov lives

Why they want to recover money from Kirkorov

The plaintiff was the concert organizer “Cultural Service”. The company requires more than 4.5 million rubles under a contract for the provision of services.

The fuss flared up because of the failed concert of the singer in Voronezh in October last year. Then the “Cultural Service” notified the fans about the postponement of the event to February this year. Although Kirkorov spoke to the audience, he received a lawsuit.

The concert did not take place, allegedly at the request of local activists, who reproached Kirkorov for promoting LGBT people and insulting the feelings of believers with outrageous antics. Recall that a year ago, the king of pop danced on the cross during the anniversary show at the Kremlin Palace. After that, Orthodox activists in different cities began to oppose Kirkorov’s concerts.

And in the Tagansky court there was a lawsuit against Kirkorov for one million rubles. The artist’s lawyers were able to convince the judge that their client did not intend to offend religious values. Next came a new lawsuit from a certain resident of the Moscow region Anatoly Ryskov, who was prevented from fishing by the mansion of the pop king, located on the banks of the Myakininskaya floodplain of the Moscow River.

Debts of the king of pop

Prior to all these events, in 2021, employees of the FSSP came to the artist: it turned out that seven acts of administrative offenses were drawn up against Kirkorov and enforcement proceedings were initiated for loan arrears. The debt amounted to 70 million rubles.

The singer did not pay either this debt or another half a million arrears on other loans, and even ignored the numerous fines of the traffic police. And by the end of last year, the king of pop had accumulated tax debts on his numerous real estate totaling more than seven million rubles.

What did Kirkorov buy abroad

It soon became clear that Kirkorov had bought an apartment in Latvia on a mortgage, which, in terms of rubles, costs about 200 million. The local ABLV bank lent money. In February 2018, the organization was suspected of money laundering and financing of terrorism, ABLV started having problems, and the bank, which was preparing for bankruptcy, demanded that the pop king return the money. After litigation, the amount decreased from 200 to those same 70 million rubles.

The Latvian apartment is not Kirkorov’s only overseas property. According to databases, in 2008, the full namesake of the singer bought an apartment in Miami – in the Bal Harbor Village area in the Majestic Tower residential complex. This is a 22-story building with 166 residences, built in 1998. From the windows of the building offers a wonderful view of the coast and the surrounding beaches.

The residents of the complex have access to a spa, a beauty salon, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a basketball court, a billiard room, a library and restaurants, a landscaped area with fountains, a concierge service, and valet parking services. The territory is under round-the-clock surveillance.

By the standards of the complex, the apartment is one of the smallest – only 201 square meters. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and a large balcony. Panoramic glazing, windows height three meters. Now two apartments of exactly the same area are being sold here at once, their price is 2.85 and 3.3 million dollars.

In 2011, in Miami’s prestigious La Gorce Dr neighborhood, a man named Filip Bedros Kirkorov bought a luxurious Mediterranean-style mansion across the street from Millionaires Row – the “millionaires’ line” – the Miami Beach waterfront.

On 14 acres there is a house with an area of 775 sq. m, which has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a guest toilet, a gym, a cinema and an elevator. There is also a swimming pool and a separate guest house on site. The courtyard of the villa overlooks the golf course.

According to some reports, at that time the American dream cost the artist $ 4.2 million. Since then, the price of this property, according to American realtors, could at least double.

If you go from here to the A1A highway and drive along the Atlantic coast north to Hollywood, the road will certainly lead to another resort area in Miami – the town of Sunny Isles Beach. Locals have long called it Little Moscow because of the abundance of wealthy immigrants from the former USSR.

There is a 23-storey residential complex Winston Tower. It houses another apartment of Kirkorov. Its area is 100 square meters, which is occupied by one bedroom, two bathrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen. It seems that this was one of the singer’s first acquisitions. The property last sold in 2020 for $261,000.

What does Kirkorov own in Russia

For a long time, the pop king lived in a space created from five apartments at once in a house located in the Tagansky district of Moscow at the exit from the Garden Ring to Bernikovskaya Embankment. This place still remembers Kirkorov’s wife Alla Pugacheva. The total area of the property overlooking the Yauza River was an impressive 332 square meters. Judging by the lawsuits against the singer, which were considered in the Tagansky court until 2023, it is possible that the pop king is still registered there.

Two more apartments, converted into one, are located in a house in one of the Arbat lanes of the capital. The total area of housing reaches 400 square meters + one more parking space for 16 square meters. m.

And, finally, the same estate on the banks of the Myakininskaya floodplain of the Moscow River. The artist acquired the mansion, standing on a hectare of land, in 2017. According to various estimates, the value of real estate can vary between 700 million and 1 billion rubles. Here Philip lives with his children Alla-Victoria and Martin and father Bedros.

On the territory of the estate there is a garden, a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym, a tennis court, a private beach and a pier, which caused displeasure of a resident of the Moscow region due to the inability to go fishing.
