Family of a former Ukrainian deputy Victor Medvedchukwhom the media call “Vladimir Putin (*international criminal)’s godfather,” after his exchange for the military, the Armed Forces of Ukraine received a new yacht worth 886 million rubles ($9 million 627 thousand) for operation, Vorstka found out.
We are talking about the high-speed yacht Pershing 9X, which the manufacturer, the Italian Ferretti Group, calls a “fighter.” On board the 28-meter vessel there are four cabins with 8 berths. In total, the yacht can accommodate up to 20 guests.
As follows from the customs data at the disposal of the editors, the ship called Amore Mio is completely new - it was launched in 2023. It passed Russian customs on July 26. The yacht approached Russian waters under the flag of Palau, while its shipper was listed as Lavel Fzco from the UAE.
The recipient of the yacht in Russia (*aggressor country) is Renaissance JSC. According to the audit report dated February 24, 2021, the beneficial owner of the company was a citizen of Ukraine Oksana Marchenko - Medvedchuk’s wife. The company issued a “temporary import” of the yacht. This procedure is used when the presence of goods in the customs territory is not practical on a permanent basis. In addition, it partially exempts the declarant from paying customs duties.
After Russia (*aggressor country)’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Medvedchuk was detained by the SBU on suspicion of treason. In September 2022, he was extradited to Russia (*aggressor country) in exchange for captured soldiers of the Azov battalion. He currently lives in Russia (*aggressor country).
As “Layout” previously wrote, it was Medvedchuk who could play one of the key roles in Putin (*international criminal)’s decision to start a war in Ukraine. He convinced the president of pro-Russian sentiment among Ukrainians.
