In Moscow, searches were carried out in the apartment of psychic Dmitry Volkhov, the winner of the thirteenth season of the show “Battles of Psychics”. The man is suspected of having links with the Russian Volunteer Corps. The magician’s acquaintances told the Daily Storm that they had not noticed anything unusual in the behavior of the esoteric before, and described him only as a “pleasant and decent person.”
The necromancer and occultist Ivan Sobotnitsky, who also participated in the “Battle of Psychics”, speaks of Volkhov as a pleasant man who simply “has his own point of view regarding religion.”
“We talked with him on topics that do not concern his neo-Nazi views. That was a long time ago. How true this is, the investigation, of course, will figure it out. We have different views on politics. I support an absolutely special military operation, ”Sobotnitsky emphasized.
According to him, Volkhov himself is now engaged in field consultations, practices of the clan and pagan gods, and this is his main activity within the framework of esoteric practices.
Another acquaintance of the psychic, journalist Ivan Sagliani, spoke more radically about an old friend. He said that a few days before the searches, Dmitry allegedly changed his WhatsApp profile picture to a photo of “some Ukrainian Nazi” and ignored all the questions of his friends.
“He had this Nazi avatar for several days. And then we already thought that this was a strange avatar. When we were filming on TV, I did not notice anything like that. He was engaged in runes, supported paganism. Now his popularity has declined, his income is not the same,” Sagliani explained.
Before, the Daily Storm interlocutor did not notice anything unusual in Volkhov’s behavior. According to Sagliani, they worked together on television, and then the man simply studied runes and studied pagan practices.
“Before, I didn’t notice anything special. But what I saw on the news is, of course, complete horror. I think that such people have no place in Russia at all. Public people should support our country, and not join banned organizations. I think he should be in prison because he is a criminal. No matter how harshly I speak now, this is my position, ”said a friend of the psychic.
At the same time, Volkhov’s friend Kirill Tsymbarevich, in a conversation with the Daily Storm, noted that the magician could not join “any RDK,” because such views are not inherent in him at all.
“I’ll say for sure that this is nonsense, I haven’t talked to him for a long time, but I’m sure that he wouldn’t join any RDK. Why? Because I think it fits. And it definitely has nothing to do with the Nazi symbols of the Third Reich, ”Tsymbarevich is sure.
On June 8, Dmitry Volkhov’s apartment was searched. The media write that he is suspected of trying to join the Russian Volunteer Corps. The operatives seized knives, computers, and medals with symbols of Nazi Germany.
The procedural status of Volkhov is unknown. He told reporters that he was surprised by the publication of photos from searches on the Web, but did not comment on the actions of the security forces themselves.
“RDK” is part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The volunteer organization claimed responsibility for sabotage in the Bryansk and Belgorod regions.
