At the same time, the text mentions the Armenian Armed Forces and talks about the units of the Armenian Armed Forces remaining in Karabakh. We don’t understand this - we have repeatedly said that since August 2021, Armenia has no army in Nagorno-Karabakh. But we take note of this statement.

— The issue that I want to raise is the issue of the security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh. It is logical to assume that if the peacekeepers made such an offer, this in itself means that they accepted the obligation to ensure the safety of the Armenians.
