In the 116th ORU, an invoice is issued for the transfer of property to the 78th intelligence center (78 RC is on the resource balance of 116 ORUs). A representative of the 78th Intelligence Center arrives at the 116th ORU and, according to the consignment note, receives clothing items for subsequent transfer to Wagner.
