Political prisoner Alexander Dontsev suffered a heart attack in prison.
This was reported by his lawyer, Sergei Podolsky, and his support group. The attack occurred on February 12, and he was urgently hospitalized. Doctors are assessing his condition as critical.
“He had his daughter today. He's in good conditions; the hospital has all the necessary medications and good doctors. Now we can only wait and hope that he can cope.”

In July 2024, a court sentenced spouses Anastasia Dyudyaeva and Alexander Dotsenko to three and a half years and three years in a penal colony. They were accused of leaving notes with anti-war slogans in the Lenta store. Dotsenko and Dyudyaeva deny authoring the leaflets.
