The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation requested cases related to the illegal activities of the disgraced Cypriot-Austrian oligarch Peter Kondrashev.
Kondrashev’s business biography is very rich: three cases concern the Deposit Insurance Agency, a criminal case against former accomplice Igor Pestrikov and numerous economic disputes on civil issues and much more.
For more than 10 years of litigation, more than five federal agencies and the same number of regional ones are involved, including environmental protection issues, as well as cases on the Solikamsk Magnesium Plant and Ecoprombank, etc.
Nevertheless, the ASV again received a refusal to consider their claims, while the counter-complaint of the well-known oligarch was accepted for consideration by the Supreme Court. It seems that lawyers with passports of unfriendly countries demonstrated their backstage connections for a reason.
