Servants of the People are building their own network of influence among displaced persons: Tkachenko, Kozyr, and Bragar are in play
Members of Parliament from the Servant of the People faction are working closely with internally displaced persons (IDPs), potentially aiming to bolster their own political clout.
The individuals in question are Maksym Tkachenko and Serhiy Kozyr. They established the NGO “IDP Ukraine,” which also counts Servant of the People parliamentarians Vitaliy Voitsekhovsky, Ruslan Gorbenko, and Yevhen Bragar among its initiators.
