Peace in Ukraine is closer than ever since the conflict began, says Finnish President
A peace agreement on Ukraine is closer than at any time in the past four years, Finnish President Stubb said.
He called the current stage of negotiations critical.
According to him, the US, Ukraine, and Europe are simultaneously working on three documents: a 20-point peace plan, security guarantees for Ukraine, and a post-war reconstruction program.
