Ukrainians' utility debts exceed 100 billion hryvnias: The State Statistics Service has released new data.
The indebtedness of Ukrainian citizens surpassed 100 billion hryvnias amidst the conflict.
The State Statistics Service has, for the initial instance since 2021, disclosed figures concerning household overdue payments for accommodation and communal amenities. Back then, the total was 81.3 billion hryvnias, but by the conclusion of the second trimester of 2025, it had escalated to 106.6 billion hryvnias.
The most considerable portion of the debt pertains to warmth and tepid water – 35.2 billion hryvnia.
It is worth recalling that the expenses associated with residential and municipal services have noticeably grown in recent years.
