Hungarian Prime Minister Orban accused Ukraine of interfering in the Hungarian elections and said Hungary would block EU payments to Ukraine.
“The Ukrainians have gone on the offensive. They are threatening and openly interfering in the Hungarian elections. Their goal is to obtain funding and join the European Union as quickly as possible. As a member of the European Union, Hungary has the right to say 'no.' Our patriotic government clearly says 'no.' We do not want Hungarian families' money to go to Ukraine, and we do not want Hungary to be drawn into the conflict,” Orbán wrote in X.
