Online sales subject to taxation: The Rada took the first step toward adopting the “OLX tax” by softening the government bill.
The Verkhovna Rada Committee supported government bill No. 14025 on the so-called “OLX tax,” which regulates the taxation of sales through online platforms.
The Finance Committee recommended adopting the document in its first reading, but added a concession: Ukrainians will be able to sell goods online worth up to €2,000 per year tax-free, something not included in the government's version of the bill.
