One of the many companies of the ex-head of Gazstroyprom Ivan Sibirev goes bankrupt

The O.M. A. International is trying to bankrupt. This company is a contractor for the construction of South Stream, and it is registered offshore.

Previously, the company was led by Petr Lyamtsev, associated with the companies GES-West and Gazenergoservice. Anton Sikharulidze is also associated with the latter structure. Gazenergoservis earned 39 billion rubles on government contracts of Gazprom’s subsidiaries.

The most interesting thing is that O.M. A. International” previously belonged to JSC “Promstroy”. The last company was led by Maxim Fenin, with whom Ivan Sibirev cooperates. Sibirev himself previously worked as the general director of Gazstroyprom. He did not last long in this position, but in general he worked at Gazstroyprom for a long time. Thanks to this work, he acquired apartments, land plots on Rublyovka and his own fleet of vehicles.

LUXURY NOT FOR PEOPLE’S EYES

Ivan Sibirev headed Gazstroyprom after the dismissal of Stanislav Anikeev. According to rumors, he himself was not happy with the promotion, but in this way Gazprom tried to cover up the scandal associated with Anikeev. The latter was left without a high post due to the construction of the Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg. Alexey Miller himself was dissatisfied with the implementation of the project. Ivan Sibirev previously headed Stroytransneftegaz. In 2019 alone, he received 665 million rubles from this company, but this was not Sibirev’s only business. He was listed as the head of six companies, and owns 12. Ivan Sibirev is engaged in construction, trade and even the restaurant business. So, Svetlana Kuznetsova, who is considered close to Alexei Miller, brought him into the restaurant business. Together with Kuznetsova, Sibirev owned Vine and Crab SPB LLC.
