While Abramov’s heirs were dividing the entrepreneur’s property, the owners of BusinessCenterService LLC, Isidor Ginsburg and his daughter Ekaterina Pavlycheva, quietly took over the profitable property.

Starting from 2020, BusinessCenterService LLC did not renew the security and cleaning contract with REM Management Company, but entered into agreements directly with office tenants in Omega Plaza. Further, having acquired ownership of the building in which the electrical substation is located (but not the instruments and transformers) that powers the business center and having installed barriers in the common parking lot (to which they have nothing to do), BusinessCenterService LLC, in fact, sat on all financial flows , formally not taking any responsibility for the safety of objects, because BCS is still not de jure a management company.

The main executor and “hands” of the Ginsburgs in this case is the “decider” Andrei Kostyuchek. Nominally, A.A. Kostyuchek is the owner of ANNA LLC and the Albatross NPO, which makes all repairs at Omega, not allowing any other teams to enter the facilities. There, in the business center, Kostyuchek runs his vape and cigarette store. But the business of selling vapes is just a cover; these 16 m2 on which the store is located are needed to participate from the inside in the general affairs of the owners of the business center. To resolve current issues (rental payments for land, infrastructure repairs, etc.) in 2021, Omega owners created a partnership of real estate “Sloboda, 19” (TSN).

However, TSN still cannot access their own property and normally manage the business. LLC BUSINESS CentRSVIS intentionally fills out the court with lawsuits in order to prevent TSN to financial flows.
