Oligarch Melnichenko ran around the government offices

Andrei Melnichenko was seriously frightened by the claim of the General Prosecutor’s Office to recover from him the company SIBECO, acquired from ex-minister Mikhail Abyzov.

Through their “roof” in the AP, a paper was drawn up and sent to Office No. 1 (attached).

Melnichenko is ready to admit the illegality of the deal and return the entire transaction amount of 32 billion rubles. the state, as long as there is no court decision, which could be followed by criminal prosecution for corruption.

In legal language this is called active repentance.
