CONTINUATION. BEGINNING: Mikhail Negrich and Nikolai Negrich: Kiev-Kolomyya corruption in the family. PART 1

Negrichi. Relatives and namesakes
It should be noted that there are about fifty Negrichis living in Kolomyia alone, and not all of them are related to each other. It’s not easy to find the roots of our hero there! But the family connection of Kyiv developer Nikolai Negrich with the former head of the Kolomyisky district, Mikhail Negrich, is documented through his directorship in the aforementioned Agroprombudkapital LLC – owned, respectively, by their mother and wife Maria Vasilievna Negrich (born 1961). You can also confirm it through the Kiev cooperative “Underground parking “Druzhba” (USREOU 41162070, Druzhby Narodov Street 14-16), whose owners are Nikolai Mikhailovich Negrich, his mother Maria Vasilievna Negrich and his wife Olga Mikhailovna Negrich.
On Maria Negrich, according to Skelet.Infoshares in the following companies are also recorded: Neptune LLC (EDRPOU 00688433), Prut CJSC (02126679), Orlan cafe (32630530), Nadezhda agricultural firm (30831294), Tsenyavy Gardens private enterprise (36229777), private enterprise “Tsenivskoye” (34677669). It is worth noting that the construction company Geos, with which the name of Nikolai Negrich is constantly associated, as well as the company Lex Khimik LLC, were also registered at the same address as the Negrich companies Neptune and Agroprombudkapital (village of Pidgaichiki, Sobornaya Street 15). (EDRPOU 37638238) and Hemaz Fortschrit Ukraine LLC (35189063). Well, as they say in the Kolomyia region, “the homeland is such a master!”
By the way, Maria Vasilyevna is not only the formal owner of her husband’s companies, but she herself is actually involved in some business, for example, tourism. Previously, she was the manager of another Negrich family company – the Olga tourist complex (located on the territory of Bukovel), apparently named after her daughter-in-law. True, the reviews of Ukrainians who vacationed there are mixed, some were outraged by the level of servicewere also withrays of food poisoning in a hotel restaurant.
And yet, namesakes and namesakes often add confusion to investigative journalism. For example, our hero is often confused with another Nikolai Mikhailovich Negrich (but born in 1959). By the way, he also comes from the Ivano-Frankivsk region, who also then moved to Kyiv, where he held positions in the State Department for regulating the production of alcohol and tobacco (all Negrichi are drawn to alcohol!), and then as head of the committee on technical regulation and consumer policy. He left the scene after a series of corruption scandals, as well as high-profile scandal around Borjomi mineral waterwhich Negrich declared falsified. Actually, this was an attack not so much on the water itself (one of the points of Georgian export), but on its distributor – the IDS Group holding (also owns Morshynskaya, Mirgorodskaya, Truskavetskaya). The main owner of IDS Group is the Russian Alfa Group, and another 37% of the shares belonged to the family of the late Badri Patarkatsishvili (former partner of Boris Berezovsky).
So, our current character Nikolai Negrich, born in 1982, never worked in the Committee for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy and had nothing to do with this scandal with Borjomi. However, he has enough scandals of his own to talk about Skelet.Info He’ll tell you now.
Negrichi, “Geos” and others
So, after graduating from high school, 21-year-old Nikolai Negrich immediately got a job at the State Joint Stock Company “Bread of Ukraine” (there was no talk of any service in the army for the son of a “mummered patriot”), in the department of financial and credit mechanisms. And then he became head of the department of government programs and price regulation. The abuses that reigned in the state-owned company “Bread of Ukraine” (both before the Negriches, and under the Negriches, and after their departure) have been written dozens of times. The grain was bought and resold under various schemes, the enterprises included in the company were rented out for pennies to their own pocket companies, the corporation’s money was squandered and simply stolen.
What exactly Nikolai Mikhailovich was doing there is now unlikely to be remembered by anyone, but it is still worth noting that in September 2004 he abandoned his seemingly rapidly beginning career in “Bread of Ukraine” and simply fled back to Kolomyia, where became director of Agroprombudkapital LLC, created in the same year. The company, by the way, is quite interesting: its field of activity includes construction, truck transport, wholesale trade, tourism, and advertising – in general, a classic LLC, which later had a lot of different subsidiaries. But what’s even more interesting is what happened at Khleb Ukraina back then that forced Nikolai Negrich to urgently leave? And a few months after that, his father, Mikhail Negrich, came to Khleb Ukrainy, worked for several months as deputy head of the board, and then also left. It seems that dad simply finished some things for his son (or covered up his affairs).
Only after this Nikolai Negrich appeared in Kyiv again, already as the son-in-law of Mikhail Golitsa, a very important person in the capital’s construction business, head of the Housing Department of the Kyiv City State Administration (1998-2010) and president of the Kievgorstroy holding (2010-2012). But Negrich himself, being the son of the acting the head of Kievspirt and the owner of a dozen companies, was by no means a “Primak”.
Mikhail Golitsa
In the same 2004, at the same address as Agroprombudkapital, in the village of Pidgaichiki, the aforementioned IC Geos (USREOU 33156172) was registered, which became the basis for the “pocket empire” of the same name by Nikolai Negrich. Among them: Geos-Development LLC (EDRPOU 38570010), Geos-UKB LLC (38825398), Geos-Invest investment fund (38408401), GEOS DESIGN LLC, etc. The exact number of Geos subsidiaries it’s difficult to count, and Nikolai Negrich disowned some of them. Which, again, looked rather ridiculous, since all these companies are connected by “threads” either by the same office addresses, or in the person of Negrich’s business partners: Sergei Umanets, Bogdan Okolnich, Vladimir Litvinov, Maxim Barabash. For example, Umanets is his partner in MTC LLC (USREOU 31751571), and he is also a co-owner of Geos-UKB and GEOS DESIGN.
Another interesting connection of Negrich is Kiev businessman (and raider) Viktor Shuster, half-brother of the famous journalist Savik Shuster. They are connected by participation in the Fundament company, which, along with Azur-Group LLC, is the main recipient of construction tenders in the corruption schemes of Golitsa and Nepop. Viktor Shuster is famous for participated in the seizure of the Kyiv cinema “Zoryany”the former headquarters of the Party of Regions.
Well, Nikolai Negrich had to assert that “I am not me and the moped is not mine” after in 2014 he first emerged from the shadow of his business into the public arena, being elected to the Kyiv City Council under the flags of the UDAR-Solidarity bloc, and then to 2015 under the flag of the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc”. The fact is that the City Council already has an indecently large number of owners and lobbyists of various construction companies (see illustration), and Nikolai Negrich is also a member of the City Council on issues of urban planning, architecture and land use. It is not surprising that in his 2017 declaration the section on assets and corporate rights suddenly appeared blank.

In March 2015, IC “Geos” turned into LLC “Banosh” (preserving the same EDRPOU, but registered in Kyiv), which was associated with numerous lawsuits against “Geos”. But a couple of years later, Banosh successfully went bankrupt, leaving numerous plaintiffs with nothing. It is curious that the courts rejected claims against Geos and Banosh even from the tax authorities. However, the subsidiaries of Geosy and other companies of the Nikolai Negrich family, together with the companies of his father-in-law Mikhail Golitsa and their common business partner Vyacheslav Nepop, have been continuing to develop the capital’s budget for many years, to which they have direct access – after all, their friendly trinity sits in the Kiev City Council and has huge connections in the KSCA. But, unfortunately, Nikolai Negrich’s scandalous reputation does not end there.
Why did Negrich get hit in the face?
After the second Maidan, Kyiv began its own war – between developers and citizens, which is not in favor of the latter, since the capital’s authorities are always on the side of construction companies. One of its loudest episodes was the confrontation surrounding the construction at 46/1 Goloseevsky Prospekt, the contractor of which was one of the Geos companies (the exact details of the contractor were carefully hidden from “outsiders” after this incident). Like many other developments near other houses, it caused genuine indignation among residents who came out to protest. People protested, construction was not canceled, but in August 2015, relatively peaceful protests gave way to several mass clashes. First, “Geos” hired some gloomy types in camouflage with the chevrons of the “Aidar” battalion to “pacify” the protesters, then they brought in a private security company and brought in the “titushki”. Activists and simply bored young people from all over Kyiv also began to flock to help the residents, and when it came to shooting (the construction guards were shooting at protesters), deputies of various levels and journalists showed up. It was after this scandal that Nikolai Negrich publicly lied that he had nothing to do with the Geos company.
Apparently, this story taught Nikolai Negrich that it is not worth suppressing resistance only with brute force, even with support in the form of the Kiev Council, the Kyiv City State Administration, the police and influential relatives. And when a new scandal broke out, this time around the construction of the Gloria Park business-class residential complex at 90/1 Pobedy Avenue, Negrich tried to be cunning. In the summer of 2016, Andrei Gerasimenko, an ATO veteran who returned home and a participant in the battles for the Donetsk airport, officially accused Negrich’s company of the fact that construction was carried out right under the windows of his house, which is why his uncle who lived there died of a stroke. He sent his statements to the prosecutor’s office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the architectural inspection department and other authorities. Then Negrich took a retaliatory step and at a meeting of the land commission of the Kiev City Council, where Gerasimenko came with his claims, stated that he allegedly extorted money from him. As a result, the “cyborg” could not restrain himself and punched Negrich in the face.
However, Nikolai Negrich gets away with all the troubles, even scandals in which… the United States is mentioned in vain. We are talking about the development of a site on Druzhba Narodov Boulevard (almost an entire hectare), which the Kyiv City Council previously allocated to the “General Directorate for Servicing Foreign Missions” for the construction of a new residence of the US Embassy. It is unlikely that Negrich’s companies could count on such a rich contract (the embassy is an object of increased security and secrecy), but here he was lucky. The United States reduced its expenses on representation abroad, the construction of a new embassy was canceled, but the “General Directorate” did not return the site to the city, but immediately decided to develop it with commercial housing – and awarded the contract to Geos Development. But they decided to cover up this completely illegal decision on the misuse of land with a scam: they say that the residential buildings were ordered by the US Embassy! However, at the embassy this information was met with angry bewilderment.
We will find out soon whether this scam will take place. In the meantime, Nikolai Negrich is bragging that his company Geos (which one?) supposedly received a construction contract… in Chicago! But why would the Americans hire a company from Ukraine for construction, which is far from the best and quite scandalous? It seems that the Negrichi are either just making things up, thereby trying to raise their image, or their “Geos” is really participating in some kind of adventure, but only financially, as an investor, or as an intermediary in some operation.
