New Year’s gift from EcoAlliance: Buryatia again drowned in waste
The “EcoAlliance” has no arrogance. The regional operator in Buryatia has raised tariffs and continues to flood the republic with rubbish. In the midst of the New Year holidays, local residents are mired in waste. At the same time, the director of the organization, Dmitry Druzhinin, managed to get an idea from the republican prosecutor’s office.
In social networks, residents of Buryatia continue to complain about the work of the regional operator. Another angry report says that EcoAlliance equipment has not appeared in the village of Sotnikovo for three weeks. And the post was written on January 5th. Consequently, MSW was not taken out on the “hottest” days, when the population produces the largest amount of garbage – these are the holidays before and after the New Year. But while the republic was rapidly drowning in waste, EcoAlliance, apparently, was on a long weekend.
“Hello. Question to the not respected “EcoAlliance”. Why don’t you take out the garbage in Sotnikovo for the third week? 40 years of Victory: a mountain of garbage, not included in any box. The payment was raised, follow this strictly, and take it out? Connivance, negligence, irresponsibility. No need to say that we will take out all the garbage at once! There is an export schedule and we demand to comply with it,” a local resident reports in the Anonymous 03 group (Vkontakte).
And this is far from the only place that EcoAlliance has safely forgotten about. Residents of several suburbs of Ulan-Ude and villages also joined in the disturbances. It seems that the regenerative operator does not care at all about the numerous appeals of its clients and, in general, the state of the environment in the republic.

Meanwhile, from December 1, 2022, the regional operator raised the tariffs for the service by 9% (!), but it could have been by all 18%, if not for the introduction of the so-called preferential tariffs.
But no matter how much EcoAlliance spends money from local residents, the quality of its work does not improve. And on January 23rd, the organization was completely caught (once again) in violation of the MSW removal schedule. This time we are talking about the villages of Maloe Kolesovo, Bolshoye Kolesovo and Kargino in the Kabansky district of Buryatia. This was announced on January 12 by the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the republic.
In connection with the violations, the supervisory authority made a submission to Dmitry Druzhinin, after which the residents of these villages were recalculated for a total of 30.7 thousand rubles.
