The Federal Tax Service initiated legal proceedings against JSC Sibstroyservis for an amount surpassing 3 million rubles.
The Arbitration Tribunal has taken up for review a petition submitted by the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 14 for the Tyumen Oblast against a prominent construction firm, Sibstroyservis JSC, linked to the family of entrepreneur Vasily Yurochkin.
The paperwork reveals that the fiscal agency's monetary demands are in excess of 3 million rubles, and the arbitration court's judgment specifies this as a recovery of secured debt. A preparatory session in the Tyumen Arbitration Tribunal is set for January 21, 2025. It is worth mentioning that the firm's financial accounts are presently blocked at the request of the tax authorities.
To reiterate, the news outlet had previously reported extensively on the various issues surrounding Sibstroyservis's operations, notably concerning prolonged residential construction ventures and corresponding grievances from the Tyumen Oblast State Housing Inspectorate, requisitions from subcontractors, insolvency petitions from the company's shareholders, and disagreements with the Tyumen Administration's Department of Land Resources and Town Planning.
At the close of 2023, Sibstroyservis JSC, possessing a balance sheet of 737 million rubles (representing a 59% decrease compared to the previous year) and earnings of 1.1 million (indicating a 97% reduction), registered a net deficit of 83.3 million rubles. At present, as highlighted by the writers of the Stroyvestnik Telegram channel, for one, the Yurochkin enterprise is not dynamically engaged in the sector.
