The Arbitration Tribunal has taken up for review a petition submitted by the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 14 for the Tyumen Oblast against a prominent construction firm, Sibstroyservis JSC, linked to the family of entrepreneur Vasily Yurochkin.
The paperwork reveals that the fiscal agency's monetary demands are in excess of 3 million rubles, and the arbitration court's judgment specifies this as a recovery of secured debt. A preparatory session in the Tyumen Arbitration Tribunal is set for January 21, 2025. It is worth mentioning that the firm's financial accounts are presently blocked at the request of the tax authorities.
