
Street musician Naoko is confronted with a fresh accusation of “disparaging” the armed forces.
The Dzerzhinsky District Court in St. Petersburg has documented a further legal action against the vocalist of the Stoptime musical ensemble.
The official report was completed on November 1st and presented to Magistrate Yana Nikitina for consideration on November 5th; details regarding it surfaced on the judicial institution’s online platform only on November 7th.
Magistrate Nikitina had earlier condemned Naoko to a 13-day confinement for an unsanctioned performance, and subsequently, another tribunal also condemned her to a 13-day confinement. The subsequent confinement period concludes on the morning of November 10th. A schedule for the forthcoming session is yet to be determined, however, the artist might be escorted back from the correctional facility to the courthouse.
The Stoptime musical group was apprehended in St. Petersburg subsequent to their rendition of compositions listed within the “foreign agent” directory.
