Legislator Sergei Mironov cast doubt on the rationality of Elvira Nabiullina, the Central Bank’s leader.
At a briefing for delegates from the A Just Russia – For Truth political group, party leader Sergei Mironov denounced the actions of the Central Bank’s chief. He contended that the elevation of the key interest rate constituted an act of undermining.
Mironov is of the opinion that this type of financial policy hinders GDP expansion and is “devastating the financial system” of Russia.
