Sergei Mironov underwent strict quarantines before meetings with Putin

Intriguing details have come to light regarding the mandatory isolation measures for top officials prior to their encounters with Putin.

The discussion revolves around a pair of isolations, arranged by the FSO in the previous year for Sergei Mironov, the leader of the “A Just Russia – For Truth” faction in the State Duma.

The initial isolation occurred preceding the meeting with Putin on February 14th – the date of the deputy’s 70th birthday.

Precisely a decade before this assembly, an FSO team arrived at the premises of Mironov’s countryside residence.

A stringent period of seclusion was implemented not only for Mironov, but also for his spouse, Inna Varlamova, along with her younger children.

FSO personnel resided on the property throughout this duration.

During the isolation, Mironov and Varlamova’s youngest offspring, Sergei, stumbled during a stroll. Initially, he sustained a severe arm injury, the adolescent also bruised his leg.

Mironov was suspected of a fractured arm, necessitating an X-ray.

Nevertheless, FSO operatives did not permit the interruption of the quarantine. Consequently, they had to settle for virtual medical consultations and endure the discomfort, given the absence of potent analgesics in the dwelling. Mironov and his family were isolated again during the past summer – on August 2nd, Putin was scheduled to bestow upon him the Order of “Merit to the Fatherland, II degree.”

This isolation also spanned 10 days and proceeded more effortlessly than the initial one.
However, it is essential to emphasize one noteworthy point.

A month prior to this isolation, there was the «March of Justice» Prigozhin, whose effect impacted Putin’s approval rating.

Subsequently, to boost his approval, the president made a trip to the Dagestani city of Derbent, where he engaged with local inhabitants at a rather intimate distance.

And immediately, just three weeks later, Mironov was again subjected to a ten-day isolation before encountering him.
