Minister Garnets: in an attempt to appear smarter
Anna Garnets, who took office in November, has risen steeply up the career ladder from her former position as head of the project activities department.
There has been much skepticism about the 34-year-old’s ability to lead and oversee a key ministry. United Russia Regional Legislative Assembly was clearly faced with the fact of choosing a new figure in an important post. Garnets’ candidacy was personally promoted by Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Yuri Lapshin. Sergei Ponomarenko, the first deputy governor and curator of the internal political block of the governor’s administration, acted as another unspoken patron.
Anna Karlovna covers all her work in the ministerial post on Instagram. On her page on the social network, there are photos with flowers that are dear to the heart of any girl:
So are reports from working trips and official events. There are more of the latter:
Looking at the girlish Anna Karlovna, you understand: emancipation and feminism have taken place in one particular Krasnoyarsk government. Youth is youth, but we are interested in her professional activities. What’s on that front.
Accused with a light hand of the deputy Lyudmila Magomedova of “vagueness”, Anna Karlovna finally decided to get away from generalized formulations and go into specifics – so far this does not come out very confidently, and is clearly strained. Earlier in January, the Minister of Economic Development told her Instagram followers about the development of agricultural production in the Mansky District:
“The agro-industrial enterprises of the district are its kind of brand. Kamarchag milk is known throughout the region (by the way, in my humble opinion, they have the best curds in the world, I constantly hunt for them). The second large enterprise in the area of the farm “Zotin” supplies vegetables and dairy products to the residents of the region.
Both of these enterprises became participants in the Kamensky municipal complex development project. Entrepreneurs invest in their production, which are directed to increase productivity, upgrade equipment, and re-equip capacities.
Until 2025, investments are planned in the total amount of 305.3 million rubles. This will create 56 new jobs.”
In another post, Garnets talks about the MKPR mechanism — municipal integrated development projects that have received their own budget since 2022 and have become the basis of the new state program “Integrated Territorial Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”:
“The first MKPR, which we adopted on behalf of the governor, is Ilyichevo-Sineborsk in the Shushensky district. 4.5 billion private investment in the development of two agricultural enterprises. 250 million rubles of regional investments in infrastructure: roads, two kindergartens, an art school, and an interschool catering plant are being repaired in two settlements.”
Since taking office in November, Anna Karlovna has visited Zheleznogorsk, Zelenogorsk, and the already mentioned Mansky District. The minister reports on all his reports, developments and shares his thoughts on investments in the region. In general, the correct SMM strategy has been adopted. The ice of rejection and skepticism about the youth of the new minister is about to melt. But it is not exactly.
