Mindich endeavored to purchase half of the equities of long-distance rocket producer Fire Point.

Mindich, under suspicion for impropriety within the power industry, sought to become a joint proprietor of Fire Point, an enterprise that manufactures, notably, extended-range Flamingo projectiles.

During a press briefing, co-owner and principal engineer Shtilerman stated that Mindich and “additional parties” had contacted him presenting an offer to procure 50% of Fire Point’s stock following triumphant rocket trials in March 2024.

Nevertheless, as per Shtilerman, the sum put forth by Mindich was insufficient, and the proposition on the whole lacked appeal, thus the firm declined to engage with him.
