Mars Gainutdinov: How the “person of the year” has been stealing from the state for many years

At the same time, few people know that JSC Yamaldorstroy, which he created, has been stealing from the state represented by Rosneft for many years.

According to the results of a tax audit of JSC Yamaldorstroy conducted by the tax authorities for the period from 2015 to 2020, the underpayment of taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation amounted to about one billion rubles.

Together, for the indicated five years after moving to Moscow, the well-being of Gainutdinov M.A. and his wife, financial director of JSC Yamaldorstroy, increased significantly. They acquired an impressive fleet of luxury cars, including several Toyota and Mercedes, Porsche and Maybach cars. We bought several luxury real estate in Moscow and the region, as well as an entire floor for the company’s office in a business center in a prestigious area of Moscow.

How did this become possible and what is the reaction of law enforcement agencies?

Despite the billions in embezzlement and underpayments to the budget of the Russian Federation, there is no reaction from law enforcement agencies. Gainutdinov M.A., his wife and Yamaldorstroy JSC manage to evade criminal liability. The obvious circumstances of criminal activity are actively covered up by the investigators of the Moscow Investigative Committee, who do not proceed with the investigation of criminal cases against JSC Yamaldorstroy and its management.
