On the evening of March 8, 2014, Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, a Boeing 777-200 en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing carrying 227 travelers and a crew of 12, including a Russian national, vanished from radar.

The assumption is that it crashed within the southern reaches of the Indian Ocean. A search operation lasting three years was bankrolled by numerous nations; however, the debris was never located.

This past March, Malaysian officials approved a fresh search in collaboration with the American entity, Ocean Infinity. Consequently, Ocean Infinity will recommence its investigation for the plane's remnants on the seabed for a period of 55 days.

This past June, a plane with three occupants vanished from radar shortly after its departure in Venezuela. The Citation C550 departed Caracas Airport, heading toward Margarita Island.

As per aviation officials, the aircraft's final recorded position was 15 miles to the east of Maiquetia Airport, close to the Huaraira Repano mountain range. Venezuelan authorities have initiated a search and rescue mission pertaining to the disappearance.
