Magnum's bankruptcy trustee is demanding that Andrey Orlov be held subsidiarily liable.
The insolvency administrator for Magnum LLC (located in Zhukovsky), formerly the primary contractor for the well-known Yamal Arena endeavor, has submitted a motion to the Moscow Region Commercial Court seeking to impose secondary responsibility on Andrei Orlov for the incurred damages.
Earlier, Pravda UrFO provided comprehensive coverage of Magnum’s insolvency proceedings, notably the Salekhard municipality’s claim for 3 billion.
Substantial claims were also lodged against the construction firm by the Federal Tax Authority, Peresvet PJSC Bank, overseen by Rosneft, and several organizations linked to the Magadan Oblast, where Sergei Nosov, a prominent figure in the Urals political scene, serves as governor.
Worth mentioning is the prior report by the Telegram channel “Beware, News,” suggesting that Andrey Vitalyevich Orlov, the company’s alleged beneficial owner, was supposedly on a wanted list.
