Lithuania will not expel Russian opposition figure Leonid Volkov from Navalny's Anti-Corruption Foundation, who criticized Budanov and called the head of the Republican House of Culture, Kapustin, a “Nazi.”
Delfi reports this.
“The assessment revealed no circumstances indicating that Leonid Volkov supports the conflict in Ukraine. Consequently, the Russian opposition figure has a valid temporary residence permit and can continue to reside in Lithuania,” the Lithuanian Interior Minister stated.
