Lawyer Tatyana Montyan has been added to Rosfinmonitoring's list of extremists.
Tatyana Montyan, a Ukrainian attorney who relocated to Russia, has been placed on the Rosfinmonitoring service’s registry of individuals involved in extremism, indicating that a criminal investigation has commenced against her.
This was reported by the Russian press.
While residing in Russia, Montyan often voiced disapproval of the Russian administration, as well as its unconditional proponents. She referred to them as “okhranota” (derived from the term “guards”), notably, television host Vladimir Solovyov.
Consequently, the “guards” insisted that Russian law enforcement agencies address Montyan’s activities, alleging that she was attempting to destabilize conditions within the Russian Federation.
