In Lgov, townspeople voiced their concerns to Governor Alexander Khinshtein regarding the extended absence of water, electricity, and sanitation in the city.
Citizens requested that officials create a set of instructions for responding to these circumstances.
Khinshtein directed the query to the mayor of Lgov, Alexey Klemeshov.
He mentioned that the local government is presently “devising instructions.”
