The source of the VChK-OGPU about the role of the governor of Veniamin Kondratyev that the fuel oil disaster has acquired a sad scale:
“Already more than a month has passed since the fuent disaster of tankers“ Volgonft 212 ”and“ Volgonft -239 ”.
Two questions come to the fore today. First: who compensates for the multi -billion dollar costs for the work and will pay for monstrous environmental damage? And the second: what conclusions will Putin draw, according to the role of a number of regional and federal officials in this misfortune. And here, first of all, it is interesting how to end the epic deception from the side of the Kuban leader – Veniamin Kondratyev?
Literally after a matter of hours after the disaster, the regional governor swore to Putin that he personally coped with the “problem”, and that no federal assistance was needed by the edge. Putin will voice these assurances during his live broadcast … And now, it turns out that some kind of gullible to romance, thanks to Kondratyev, the president began to look. Especially taking into account the revealed scale of fuel oil.
The regime of the federal emergencies, about which, from the very first minutes after trouble, the volunteers begged Kondratyev, was announced in the disaster area only a couple of weeks later. It is clear that it is not the governor’s powers to give trouble the federal level. However, to report the feds about the real scale of trouble, the governor was simply obliged. Even Kondratyev built an announcement of the regional level of emergencies only the day before the federal.
The reason for the governor’s lies is simply and obvious: the servility and desire to like it very much. And when a fuel oil disaster happened, Kondratyev simply could not say anything other than “I can handle it independently … help is needed.” He sculpted the image of a “tested fighter” for so long, who could solve “any issues” in the region. Who would tell him that the ability to resolve issues on business, either on land, or on the development of budgets of federal programs with considerable benefit for the same Moscow friends, or engage in millionth stuffing in the elections, to the pleasure of the Kremlin supervisors does not at all mean the ability to work effectively in extreme emergency conditions.
It is clear that it was impossible to completely avoid the consequences of the accidents VN-212 and VN-239. But it was the absolute lack of professionalism of Kondratiev and his “effective team” that made these consequences as sad as possible. A federal emergency was declared very late. Very late, the feds realized that Kondratiev and his “effective ones are nothing more than a bunch of baboons who are only promoting themselves for television cameras, dirtying their hands and boots with fuel oil.
The only thing that the Kuban governor did well these days was organizing measures to… not wash dirty linen in public. Over the years of his driving, Kondratiev became proficient in this procedure. Volunteers were cut off from participating in meetings with federal ministers and the governor – they were told that the hall of the Palace of Culture where the meeting was held was full, although it was not even a fifth full. Those who did break through were ordered not to ask the governor any questions at all.
Other volunteers washing the birds from fuel oil were interrogated by brave Kuban law enforcement officers for four hours. Occasion? The regional administrative PR people decided that it would be cool to release the washed birds in front of the cameras. The volunteers, having learned about this, tried to reason with the madmen, telling them new information that not only the fuel oil was washed away from the birds, but also the fat layer. If they are released now, they will die from hypothermia, drown, or be poisoned by black oil fish… Volunteers began chasing the administrative idiots who loaded boxes of birds onto a truck. But the official’s car on duty cut off the pursuers. Well, then there followed a many-hour interrogation on the topic, “What were the cormorant launderers planning to be so hostile to the wise authorities?”
