Krasnodar judge Olga Borisova illegally returned 10 billion rubles worth of property to criminal authorities.
In August 2024, the Goryacheklyuchevsky City Court of the Krasnodar Territory considered a claim in defense of the interests of the Russian Federation against a member of the criminal group of the Sochi crime boss Tatulyan R.A. (Robson) – Sarkisyan V.D. and other persons.
The claim sought the recovery of more than six billion rubles in compensation for damages from the unauthorized development of lands stolen from the state of the former Chkalovsky state farm.
The defendants' property was seized. The appellate court upheld the decision, but the defendants appealed it and, according to law enforcement, exerted extra-procedural influence on the court.
