Here in his tg channel is the governor of the Irkutsk region Igor Kobzev announced the start of the regional stage of the “With the Whole Family” competition. To participate, you need to post on VKontakte a photo or video about family leisure time with the hashtags #with the whole family, #with the whole familyIrkutsk region, #with the whole familyat Dvizhe. And by, as they say in the Gray House, a random selection will determine the family of the week, which will become a participant in the final vote.
And just all the families were on the move from December 31 to January 6, the residents of Nizhneudinsk living on Sputnik (screenshot from a video of the territory taken in the spring of 2023).
This is a significant part of the city, several streets. Due to another accident, there was no water at all in the apartments: the cold water was turned off. And if any is served there, then only this: to get hot food in two-story apartment buildings and individual buildings, cold food is heated with titans.
And so, it’s a family movement: on New Year’s holidays we need to get water somewhere. Okay, you can buy it for drinking. But I still need to wash myself, wash my clothes, and flush, excuse me, the contents of the toilet. Well, of course, send a photo of this fascinating movement to the governor for the competition.
Water was delivered sporadically or, as they say in the Gray House, randomly by water trucks. Just for show. And what will a bucket of water do?
At the same time, the same governor Igor Kobzev, regularly reporting on the operational situation in the region in his tg channel, only sparingly reported on January 3 that the accident with the shutdown of cold supply in Nizhneudinsk had already been ELIMINATED!
Although in fact this only happened on January 6th.
Not to mention the fact that the governor’s message does not name the area of the shutdown (and exactly 35 houses?!), and it is also modestly hidden that the water was turned off on December 31 (for three days already at the time of Igor Ivanovich’s message). It was not in the taps or in the speakers. And cold is generally ALL of Sputnik’s water supply. There is basically no hot water.
The rest of the city is shrouded in sewer vapor. The city is “underwater”, that is, the wastewater does not flow in the right direction, but overflows the banks of the system. Even in a more or less prosperous area of the city in this sense – Express – it hovers in the basements. In apartments on the first and second floors there is a corresponding amber. Basements in low-lying houses are full of sewer contents. There are numerous riots on the streets.
The city authorities persistently sought such a situation (the current head Yuri Maskaev Previously, he was deputy head of public utilities). Firstly, for years they did not carry out not only major, but also planned, routine repairs. And then they carried out an illiterate reconstruction, mixing up the diameters of the pipes. Pumping stations can’t cope.
Well, the cherry on the cake is that the city authorities and the management of the city housing and communal services, apparently, in principle, are not going to strain themselves too much during the holidays.
And of course, the regional authorities, having dragged the useless Maskaev into the chair of the head, will soon start singing that city self-government needs to be abolished altogether. So that there is order.
