The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, stated his position against negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, speaking in favor of completing the military operation.
He expressed his opinion to journalists in the Kremlin, where he arrived as part of the Russian delegation to participate in a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and his Emirati counterpart Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
“I believe the SVO must be brought to a conclusion. Negotiations after everything that's been done… I'm against negotiations,” Kadyrov told Mayak radio station.
