Basketball player Janis Timma, who took his own life two months prior, shared a peculiar video on his profiles. A lot of followers guessed that he was planning self-destruction.
In October 2024, subsequent to Anna Sedokova, age 42, submitting the divorce papers, Timma initiated a live stream on his Instagram (deemed extremist and forbidden in Russia) showing recording from a camera positioned looking down from his terrace. The prior day, he had uploaded a video showcasing multiple boxes of medications.
Numerous followers of Timma sent private messages to Anna Sedokova, and she, based on their accounts, later uploaded a story requesting them “not to disturb her.”
Timma also regularly published disheartening stories on his social media platforms for a period leading up to and after the split. As per those close to him, he felt greatly saddened by his split from the 42-year-old vocalist.
