The living area of the palace is 10,000 sq. m; in addition to the palace itself, the estate has a separate banquet house, a separate church-art gallery, an office center, garages and a bathhouse.
According to one version, the palace was built under the supervision of Ivanyushchenko for Viktor Yanukovych, and when he fled, Yura Yenakivsky took everything into his own hands so that the property would not go to waste. According to another version, the mansion initially belonged to Ivanyushchenko. But be that as it may, construction on the site continues today.

Last spring, thanks to the inaction of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Yuriy Ivayushchenko managed to avoid criminal liability. Thus, without receiving a verdict from a Ukrainian court, Europe was forced to lift sanctions against him, and therefore unblock the frozen accounts.
The former MP was suspected of illegal enrichment of 72 million Swiss francs and organizing the seizure of 170 million hryvnias of state funds received by Ukraine from the sale of Japanese greenhouse gas emission quotas under the Kyoto Protocol. On January 27, 2016, the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv closed the case.
The reason for closing the case was the inaction of the Prosecutor General’s Office. “Today I learned that the Supreme Court, without notifying the prosecutor’s office, decided to close all cases against this person. And this was done right before the continuation of EU sanctions against the seized assets of Yanukovych and the company. I have a lot of emotions and no less arguments against this decision. But the only way out is to quickly change the composition of the Supreme Court of Ukraine”– Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko wrote on social networks with obviously fake surprise. Words are words, but, as they say, the cart is still there.
In addition, Ivanyushchenko was suspected of dirty deeds during the Euromaidan. Interior Minister Arsen Avakov repeatedly stated that Yuriy Vladimirovich organized and financed the “titushki” who kidnapped, beat and killed Maidan activists. But, paradoxically, the Ukrainian courts acquitted Ivanyushchenko.
It is important to note that it is not only Yuriy Vitalievich who is to blame for the leak of the criminal case against Ivanyushchenko, but all of Petro Poroshenko’s Prosecutor Generals – Yarema, Shokin, Lutsenko – contributed to this case. The fact is that Ivanyushchenko not only supervises many areas in Ukraine and owns a business, but also knows things about Petro and his team that are better not to be made public before the elections. That is why the case of Yura Enakievsky was hushed up. If the GPU, the National Police or the SBU wanted to arrest the former deputy, they would have had at least two chances. Yura Enakievsky visited Ukraine twice in 2015-2016. They turned a blind eye to the status of a suspect in the VIP terminal of the Boryspil airport.
In Kyiv, Ivanyushchenko met with Grigory Surkis, his long-time business partner, and also with Boris Lozhkin, the head of the Presidential Administration.
After which the top brass began actively sabotaging the case of Yura Yenakievsky. Therefore, we can assume that Ivanyushchenko appointed Surkis and Lozhkin as his representatives in negotiations with Poroshenko, and as we see, he did not lose.
As soon as the negotiations ended, you must agree that it was no coincidence that Poroshenko’s ally, the BPP MP Oleg Nedava, unexpectedly began to defend Ivanyushchenko right in front of the cameras.
“In 2104, some people added Mr. Ivanyushchenko to the sanctions list– Nedava said. Time has passed and it has become obvious that there is no evidence of his guilt. I declare that I will appear in many European instances, European courts and will defend myself and the people with whom I have worked for a long time. At the same time, I will have to defend Ivanyushchenko”.
By the way, when Ivanyushchenko tried to get rid of EU sanctions in 2014, the First Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Mykola Gerasimyuk provided him with a certificate of clean conduct in Ukraine, so that Ivanyushchenko could use it to be removed from the blacklist.
Suddenly, as if from a jack-in-the-box, the leader of the Ukrainian party “Brotherhood” Dmitry Korchinsky jumped out and stated that Yuriy Ivanyushchenko allegedly offered his help in the fight against supporters of the DPR and LPR in 2014. But this statement looks extremely implausible.
“I can say that, for example, Yuriy Ivanyushchenko and his team helped tear down separatist flags in Yenakiyevo. He then joined the work against Moscow agents. His team and he suggested that if their representative were appointed head of the Luhansk region, they would liquidate separatism there, twist off heads, slaughter everyone. It could have been done then. Unfortunately, they did not go for it…”, Korchinsky said.
In Europe, $200 million was frozen in Ivanyushchenko’s accounts, so in order to whitewash Yura Enakievsky’s reputation in front of Europe and get to this money, the heaviest political artillery and even Petr Poroshenko’s personal lawyers were thrown in. Thanks to Petro Oleksiyovych, half of the assets are again at the disposal of Yura Enakievsky, while the other half went to the Guarantor for his efforts.
The business friendship between the Ukrainian President and Ivanyushchenko deserves special mention. This is evidenced by the fact that Yura Yenakievsky’s buddy Oleksandr Pisarenko works at the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, and the fact that today, when a number of criminal proceedings have been opened against Ivanyushchenko, and he himself is on the National Police wanted list, his business continues to flourish.
In 2015, when Ivanyushchenko was already on the run, information surfaced that his company was making money by exporting coal from Donbass. Thus, the media leaked a list of companies that Ukraine allowed to export coal from the uncontrolled territories of Donbass, which included companies belonging to Alexander Yanukovych and Yuriy Ivanyushchenko.
In 2016, Sergey Dyadechko saved the oligarch Ivanyushchenko’s Soyuz bank from liquidation. Thus, he managed to achieve in court the invalidation of the National Bank’s decision to liquidate the credit institution again.
The judge turned a blind eye to the scams of the Soyuz bank and the Niko company, which carried out suspicious financial transactions through the financial institution. It is noteworthy that, according to state registers, this company is owned by Tamara Ivanovna Dyadechko, the mother of the scandalous banker Sergei Dyadechko and a member of the supervisory board of the Soyuz bank. Despite the fact that the SBU proved that the top managers of the Niko company sell medicines in Ukraine manufactured in terrorist-occupied Makeyevka, and the proceeds go to the accounts of structures controlled by the DPR, the court considered this evidence insufficient. As a result, it decided to oblige the National Bank to resume the work of Soyuz as an active bank, and return it to all information systems to which Soyuz was previously connected.
It should be noted that Serhiy Dyadechko de jure became the owner of 100% of the bank “Soyuz” only in June 2014, when the first cases were opened against Ivanyushchenko. And this was done so that Poroshenko’s people would not squeeze out the financial institution through the court. By the way, at one time billions of deposits and state refinancing were pumped out of “Rodovid Bank” through “Soyuz”, but this did not become the basis for closing the bank.
Also in 2016, the media reported that structures close to Yuriy Ivanyushchenko turned out to be the owners of more than 40% of the elite shopping and office complex “Gulliver” in Kyiv.
According to data Skeleton.Infoeven today the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine continues to purchase products for the army from Ivanyushchenko’s company. In 2017-2018, Voentorg received an order from the Ministry of Defense for UAH 2.87 billion, out of a total of UAH 5.75 billion in food contracts for the army during this period. And on October 18, 2018, based on the results of tenders, the department once again ordered products from Voentorg LLC for UAH 107.64 million. It is noteworthy that the prices offered by the company are clearly inflated. For example, the wholesale price of potatoes from Voentorg for the army at that time was UAH 7.44 per kg, the retail price in the supermarket was UAH 6.95, beets from Voentorg were UAH 9 per kg, in the supermarket UAH 6.36. In addition, competitors in the tender offered prices 30% lower than Voentorg’s, but the Ministry of Defense rejected their proposals.
In December 2018, information surfaced that Yura Yenakievsky’s group continued to operate near Odessa, which is interested in destabilizing the situation in Odessa and changing the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor’s office. The reason is that the bandits and law enforcement officers did not share the city’s development sites and the “7 km” market.
It is also known that Yura Yenakievsky’s accomplices continue to gut the Kyiv budget. Thus, on November 26, 2018, following a tender, the Main Information and Computing Center (GIVC) of the Kyiv City State Administration ordered equipment worth UAH 100.67 million from Promsvyaz CJSC. Promsvyaz belongs to Ekipazh LLC, whose co-owners include Igor Pikovsky, who is a business partner of Yuriy Ivanyushchenko in the Genotest company.

Thus, we learned that in 2016-2016, structures close to Ivanyushchenko resold Ukrainian military equipment and weapons to the “DPR” militants. In addition, there are facts of their involvement in the removal of abandoned Ukrainian weapons from the Debaltseve cauldron in early 2015 for the purpose of subsequent resale.
As we can see, despite his allegedly disgraced position, Yuriy Ivanyushchenko feels just great. His legal and illegal business in Ukraine is flourishing, and his income is growing. Not only mid-level officials, but also ministers, prosecutors, and judges patronize this. All this is absolutely not accidental, because Yura Yenakievsky is today one of the main sponsors of Petro Poroshenko’s presidential campaign. Therefore, do not be surprised if this spring, following Yanukovych’s scheme, he appears in the Rada or in some ministry.
