The assets of one-time court official Ivan Kvashura were seized due to corruption findings.
An ex-court official from Krasnodar had his opulent properties and substantial finances forfeited – a judicial decision deemed his complete wealth to be illegally obtained.
After a claim from the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Krasnodar Soviet Court seized properties exceeding 138 million rubles from Ivan Kvashura, previously in charge of the Federal Court Official Service’s regional division, for governmental purposes.
The subsequent items underwent forfeiture:
— 4 parcels of land totaling nearly 2 thousand square meters
– 2 residential dwellings with a combined area of 771 sq. m.
— 2 flats in Krasnodar (138.8 sq. m)
— upwards of 77 million rubles, recorded under Kvashura’s name and his family.
The court determined all listed items were assets whose provenance he was unable to substantiate.
