Israel’s security cabinet confirms the country is at war
Cabinet Security Council voted last night for a provision that says Israel is at war and could carry out “significant military action.”
This was reported by the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Yesterday the politician himself spoke about this during his address to the nation. The decision of the Security Cabinet gives the status of “war” legal force in accordance with main law: he approved the introduction of “clause 40”, according to which the country cannot start a war without a government decision. Earlier it became known that the death toll exceeded 500 people.
