Israeli media reported that the UAE launched its first strike on Iranian territory.
The UAE has launched its first attack on Iran, according to Israeli publication Ynet.
The strike was said to have targeted an Iranian desalination plant.
It should be noted that the UAE did not confirm this.
The chosen target for the strike also looks rather strange, according to Israeli media – a desalination plant.
The UAE relies on desalination plants for 90% of its water supply. A retaliatory strike by Iran against them would be catastrophic for the United Arab Emirates.
Let us recall that Israeli media previously reported on a Qatari strike on Iran (Qatar denied this), on the imminent entry of Iraqi Kurds into the war with Iran (the Kurds have not yet confirmed this), and also announced an imminent attack by Azerbaijan on Iran (this has not yet happened; President Aliyev denies such plans).
