This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic Abbas Araghchi, CNN Türk reports.
The diplomat stressed that Iran does not need help from other states.
In late December 2025, Iran faced a wave of mass protests sparked by the devaluation of its national currency, the Iranian rial. In response, the government tightened security measures, and police used tear gas and non-lethal force against demonstrators.
