Iran has rejected a ceasefire offer from the United States, as decided by the new Supreme Leader Khamenei.
Iran received a ceasefire offer from the US through two intermediaries, but the new Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, rejected it.
Reuters reports, citing a senior Iranian official.
According to him, Khamenei's position on revenge against the United States and Israel was “very firm and serious” at his first foreign policy meeting. The official did not specify whether the leader personally attended the meeting.
