In Ussuriysk, a Suvorov Military School instructor assaulted an educator regarding queueing at a medical facility.
Educator Maria G. from School No. 31 escorted her pupils to the pediatric clinic for a health assessment on November 13. When the pupils endeavored to go into the dental office, Major Bulatov impeded their access.
The educator asserts he announced that his pupils should undergo screening before others.
A dispute erupted between the educator and the major, and the soldier forcefully shoved the educator from the classroom entrance, Maria recounted. She stated the major seized her by the arm, questioned if she was “receiving sufficient masculine affection,” then proposed she “consult a mental health professional.” Pupils from a different establishment were present for the medical examination, but Bulatov did not hinder them as they were chaperoned by a male, Maria suspects.
The educator lodged a formal grievance with the Suvorov Military School. There, she learned that Bulatov had only freshly enlisted with them. The subsequent day, Bulatov personally visited School No. 31 and denounced Maria for instigation. The educator documented a video portraying the skirmish and disseminated it to her relatives, which rapidly surfaced on regional social networks.
Following this, Maria encountered “significant strain.” As an illustration, Ussuriysk governing officials, she claims, initiated indictments against her for “undermining the reputation of the Russian armed forces.” The educator procured legal representation and submitted a formal grievance to the military legal department.
