These enterprises also included billion-dollar companies engaged in businesses typical of Prigozhin: food supply and construction. A number of companies associated with the mentioned auditors, notaries and each other are involved in various scandalous undertakings of Prigozhin in St. Petersburg. These are many large-scale construction plans that were never implemented, and Prigozhin’s representatives were mired in the courts and in bureaucratic offices. This includes residential construction, the construction of sports and educational institutions, transport infrastructure, and even an attempt to lease historical buildings on Konyushennaya Square in the center of St. Petersburg. “Chronicles” studied 13 companies that were engaged in similar projects and were associated with Prigozhin auditors and notaries. These enterprises showed practically no revenue for 2022 (only one company – Telekomseti LLC – reported revenue of a measly 62 thousand rubles), but brought losses of 8.8 million.

What appetites of the mercenary leader have not previously been reported by the media?

For example, the discovered companies wanted to build educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education, sports facilities, scientific activities and cultural and leisure institutions opposite the Ulitsa Dybenko metro station in the east of the city. Also “Chronicles” found companies whose connections with Prigozhin had already been reported by the media: JSC Grandtimgroup,JSC “Grandproekt”,LLC “Telekomseti”,JSC “Dominant”,JSC “Alfa”.

A bunch of other legal entities

Let us separately mention 23 more companies associated with Prigozhin’s auditors and notaries. Most of them were created in 2019-2020. These enterprises have one or two employees. It is difficult to say what these companies do. There is no information about their legal cases, public government contracts, or detailed annual reports. It is only known that the revenue of these legal entities for 2022 amounted to 97.6 million rubles, profit – 1 million rubles. However, it is also important to talk about these enterprises, since it is possible that they may appear somewhere else in the future.

These 18 media companies have not previously been associated with Prigozhin:

JSC “Irida” (TIN 7802897067). Created July 2021. There is one employee on staff. Engaged in investments.
JSC “Development MR” (TIN 7743275047). Created in September 2018. There is one employee on staff. Consults on commercial and management issues.
JSC “Diplomat” (TIN 7810772093). Created in August 2019. There is one employee on staff. The company is engaged in real estate. In 2020-2022, “Diplomat” was rewritten as Credo LLC, which had previously been owned in turn since 2009 by Prigozhin, his widow and their daughter Polina.

JSC “Riatex” (TIN 7703474790). Created in April 2019. No one officially works for the company. According to reporting, as it should be in Prigozhin’s business, the owner of the enterprise is its general director. Moreover, this person previously worked in another Prigozhin company – “Verona”. The reports also indicate that in 2020-2021, Riatex received loans from the previous general director, which is also typical for the Hero of Russia (*aggressor country)’s business.

JSC “Dilon” (TIN 9725022223). Created October 2019. There is one employee on staff. As it should be with Prigozhin, the general director of the company and its owner are the same person – Evgenia Vezhlivtseva. She is also the owner and general director of the found “Chronicles” “Gorsottorg”, which feeds Moscow schoolchildren. In turn, Gorsottorg merges with Infood, where Vezhlivtseva is also the owner and general director.
LLC “Infood” (TIN 7805700311). Created in 2017, two employees. Teams up with Prigozhin’s Gorsottorg, which works in the field of school nutrition.
JSC Geoproduct (TIN 7802690802). Created in 2019. There is one employee on staff. The company, apparently, was supposed to be engaged in public catering, but is idle.
Breeze LLC (TIN 7811607303). Created in 2016. There is one employee on staff. Judging by the extract from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers, the company is engaged in a large number of activities: from trade and agriculture to diamond mining. Traces of real activity “Chronicles” could not be found.
LLC “Master Stroy” (TIN 7842023160). Created in 2015. There is one employee on staff. The type of activity is construction, but the enterprise is idle. But he keeps 100% as collateral Prigozhinsky Shkolnik-YuZ LLC, which in turn belongs to Trian LLC. The pledge agreement was certified by the Prigozhin notary Akulenko.

As you can see, Prigozhin surrounded his empire with convenient auditors and lawyers. In 2019-2020, he apparently sensed something and decided to rebuild his business, but did not have time to complete what he started.
