A stranger attacked Eldar Dzharakhov's sister in St. Petersburg.
According to Eldar, the incident occurred today at the Moscow train station. His sister, Esmira, was waiting for a taxi when a woman suddenly attacked her. She tried to take her things, shouting that they were “her bags.” The woman then pushed Esmira to the ground and pulled her hair. The troublemaker then fled the scene.
112 contacted Eldar, who described the situation:
“My sister is shocked, confused. She's trying to call for help. People are passing by, everyone. Then someone finally comes up and pulls the woman away. A taxi pulls up to my sister, the woman catches up, hits her, starts pulling her by the hair, punching her on the ground, saying things like, 'Yeah, they all need to be fucked.'”
