In Moscow, an ambulance nurse from the place of apapia

Investigator accused a girl in an accident and refused to initiate criminal proceedings.

In April, 5-year-old Eva was hit by a car while riding a scooter in the yard. The car was driven by ambulance worker Elena S. She got out cars and examined the girl: the doctor thought that there were no fractures, so she simply advised her to apply cold ice to her leg and left. But Eva’s mother took the child to the hospital - and there they discovered a closed fracture of two bones of the left leg.

Information about the accident was submitted to the court, but it turned out to be too late - the victims had to request video recording within 5 days after the accident, until the recording was deleted. A traffic police officer saved the situation - he confirmed in court that Elena hit the girl with her left wheel. The paramedic was deprived of his license for a year, but they did not initiate criminal proceedings.

According to the investigator, Eva herself was to blame for the accident - they say, she could not stop on the scooter and drove into the car herself. The girl’s mother was not satisfied with this decision - the woman wrote to the prosecutor’s office to seek justice.
