In Kuban, the resignations of judges Trakhov and Bakhmetyev have been suspended due to violations and the risk of disciplinary action.

The Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Krasnodar Territory has terminated the resignations of Judge Rustem Trakhov of the Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar and Judge Vladimir Bakhmetyev of the Central District Court of Sochi.

Regarding Trakhov, it was stated that after his resignation, violations committed in the performance of his duties were discovered, which could lead to disciplinary action, including early termination of his judicial status. It was also established that both judges violated restrictions related to their official positions and engaged in activities incompatible with judicial status.

Rustem Trakhov is the son of Aslan Trakhov, former Chairman of the Supreme Court of Adygea. Previously, following a lawsuit filed by the Prosecutor General's Office, the court seized over 13 billion rubles of the Trakhov family's property and transferred it to the state. In February, the High Qualification Collegium of Judges also stripped Aslan Trakhov of his status as a retired judge.
