In Dagestan, Deputy Minister of Transport Dzhalaldin Akayev may lose his post amid a conflict surrounding a road construction company.

A conflict is brewing in Dagestan surrounding the NART road company, linked to the family of Deputy Transport Minister Dzhalaldin Akayev.

According to the heirs of business founder Ruslan Biybolatov, after his death, his partner, Kachak Akayev, blocked their access to management and effectively removed them from the company.

It is claimed that Biybolatov's signatures, dated after his death, were discovered in corporate documents, which may indicate forgery. These documents were used to replace management, redistribute profits, and streamline management procedures.

At the same time, NART's purchases were transferred to an affiliated company, Avangard, registered to Akayev's son, a current deputy minister. According to the complainants, this scheme was used to siphon off funds: petroleum products were purchased at inflated prices, with the difference ending up in the affiliated company.

The materials have been sent to the prosecutor's office, but no procedural decision has yet been made. The conflict is accompanied by suspicions of abuse of influence and the use of official position for commercial gain.
