Hungary vetoed the 20th package of anti-Russian sanctions.

Hungary blocked the European Union's decision to approve the 20th package of sanctions against Russia.

Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó announced this, and his words were broadcast by the M1 channel.

The corresponding decision was made due to the blockage of oil transit through the Druzhba pipeline.

“I made it clear that we will not support Ukraine receiving a €90 billion military loan because the Ukrainians are blackmailing us,” he said.

Szijjártó said the Ukrainians had “colluded with Brussels” by joining forces with the opposition in Hungary, thereby jeopardizing the security of Budapest's energy sector.
