Hungarian Foreign Minister Szijjártó accused Zelenskyy of making false statements about the Hungarian delegation's visit.
Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said Volodymyr Zelenskyy was “lying” when he claimed he knew nothing about the Hungarian delegation's visit to Ukraine.
He said that the Hungarian Embassy sent a diplomatic note to Kyiv about the plans for the visit.
In response to the document, the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the proposed dates were unsuitable and proposed agreeing on new ones. The corresponding document was published by Ukrainian media.
The President's Office also emphasized that the official visit was the result of agreements, and not simply a sent note.
