In January 2022, Marina’s car was cut off on the road near the closed village of Novoglagolevo, where the Gradsky mansion is located.
Three masked men jumped into her car. Threatening with a gun, they forced me to return to the house (the guards of the village let the car through without asking who was inside) and hand over the suitcase of money lying under the bed. Then the woman also took the robbers out of the territory. Another car was waiting for the dashing guys on the Kiev highway, they changed seats and sped away…
A few days later, Umedjon Zhabborov, a native of Tajikistan, was detained in Moscow. It was he who was driving the car that took the raiders. The man named the names of his accomplices – all of his countrymen. Just haven’t been able to find them yet. Zhabborov, who received 5 million rubles from his “colleagues” for his work, ended up sitting alone: he was sentenced to eight years in a strict regime colony.
To many, this robbery seemed strange. First, how did the criminals know about the suitcase with money in the house? It was as if he had been specially transported from Moscow for this robbery. Secondly, saying goodbye to Marina, the bandits returned 5 million to her. According to her, they took pity on the mother of two small children. (A broad gesture, you won’t say anything!) Thirdly, the woman did not contact the police immediately, but only after a few hours. As if giving the robbers time to get away.
What could be the meaning of such a staging? It’s simple: if the money is gone, it can no longer be divided among all the heirs.
“The version about the involvement of the musician’s widow in the robbery, of course, was checked,” a law enforcement source explains to KP.RU. But I didn’t find confirmation. The fact that the widow did not immediately report to the police can be easily explained. The robbers threatened that if she starts calling the police, they will come back for her children… Now it is believed that the organizer of the crime is a native of Tajikistan, who once worked as a laborer in Gradsky’s house. It was he who created the group that took out the money. How these people found out about a large amount of cash is a question. Perhaps he had accomplices surrounded by the musician’s family, but there is no evidence against anyone personally yet.
Gone are the antiques
Recall: today, five heirs claim the property of Alexander Gradsky. Children from the third marriage of a musician with Olga Fartysheva (they lived together for more than 20 years, from 1980 to 2001) – 42-year-old Daniel and 37-year-old Maria. As well as the widow Marina Gradskaya and the artist’s two younger children – 9-year-old Sasha and 5-year-old Vanya.

But why did Daniel accuse his father’s widow of stealing just now? So much time has passed!
– Most likely, there are reasons for this. I can only speak about the consequences,” lawyer Sergei Zhorin told KP.RU. – If it turns out that one of the heirs stole or concealed from other applicants part of the hereditary mass, this will be the basis for recognizing the person as an unworthy heir. And then he loses his claims to the division of property. It may be that this statement was written for this purpose.
Maybe the heirs are now trying to knock each other out of the list of applicants? To divide by five or by four are, as they say, two big differences.
Litigation for the inheritance has already started. The judge invited the parties to consider the option of a settlement agreement. But so far, everything has stalled on the assessment of the property left by Gradsky. They say that the maestro’s older children were not satisfied with the first examination.

Maria became the owner of an apartment with an area of 172.1 meters in the house number 12с7 on Tverskaya in 2018. In addition, the mother of Maria and Daniel, Olga Gradskaya, owns an apartment on Malaya Dmitrovka 23/15 with an area of 130.7 sq. m, its price is about 60 million rubles. True, the housing does not belong to her completely: 1/12 of the shares is owned by her son Daniel.
