Valery Meladze supports Ukraine with family members, but their luxurious mansions and apartments, shopping centers and restaurants are located in Russia. How does the scandalous artist live and what does he own?
But judging by the registration, then Valery Meladze is a modest person. He is registered in a panel on the outskirts of Moscow, where he owns a small three-ruble note no more than 20 million rubles. The singer’s car park, registered at this address, is six times more expensive. He assembles Mercedes cars: in 2019 he bought a B180 microvan, in 2020 he bought an AMG G63 (now the cost is up to 50 million), an SUV GLS 400 (up to 20 million), an E200 sedan (up to 7 million) and a minivan. V250 (up to 15 million), and in 2021 – the luxury flagship S350 (up to 35 million). All these cars, according to the traffic police database, still belong to him.
Two years ago Valery Meladze told, which is a co-owner of the “Rhythm and Blues Cafe” on the Arbat in Starovagankovsky lane. However, the name of the singer is not in the statutory documents. This institution reports under a simplified system, so the income is unknown.

The middle daughter of Meladze, 23-year-old Sofiko, after the start of the SVO, established the Moscow enterprise Azmuu, which leases intellectual property. The co-founder was the Ukrainian Elizaveta Znoba, the owner of the Kyiv dairy Azmoo. Apparently, its products are planned to be delivered through Sofiko to Russia. A couple of months ago, the girl transferred a share in the business to a third party, according to some signs, at face value.
Sofiko planned to open a wine bar called Omela on Ostozhenka by the end of last year. family rooms. The trademark belongs to the company recently established by her LLC Cafe Nabokov. In the lanes of Ostozhenka there is a fashionable residential complex with a similar name – “Nabokov”. Regularly and not for the first year, Sofiko orders food from restaurants there at the reception. Most likely, she owns a living space there.
– This is a real club house, only 15 apartments, very high quality finishes. Inside, everything is very stylish – the design of the London bureau, – one of its residents left a review on the Nabokov residential complex. Realtors set the average price for apartments here at 214 million rubles for three-room apartments and 462 million for four-room apartments.
Meladze’s daughter has not yet opened a wine bar. The proposed space for it is empty. It will cost under a hundred million and could also belong to Sofiko.
Last fall, Sofiko married an Estonian Savva Baibakov. He works as a top manager at his father’s company Globaltic, which supplies barbecue charcoal to Western Europe. In Russia, an individual entrepreneur in the field of real estate management is registered on Savva. This business has a website Prowork.su. Judging by it, Meladze’s son-in-law rents out premises in the premium Moscow business centers Vereiskaya Plaza III, W Plaza 2 and Victory park plaza. In total, he offers 3,300 square meters, for which he asks for 8.6 million rubles a month. In one of these business centers, the legal entity Sofiko is based. Probably, the couple jointly owns these areas.
The spouses have another elite housing in Moscow – a studio on the top floors of the Match Point business class residential complex on Vasilisa Kozhina Street, worth about 30 million rubles.
The youngest, 20-year-old daughter Arina, Valery Meladze presented a three-room apartment in the Krasnogorsk low-rise residential complex Rublevskoye Suburb in a closed area near the forest – this is about 25 million rubles.
But Arina is registered in another place – in the three-ruble note residential complex “Wander Park” on Rublevsky Highway. This is a business class quarter in the north-west of Moscow. The author of the project is a well-known Dutch bureau. A laconic appearance, a variety of geometric shapes, a garden with plants brought from abroad. The price of the apartment is up to 50 million rubles.
At the end of the 2000s, Meladze’s relatives – daughters, an elderly father and brother – became the owners of three-level townhouses in the Krasnogorsk cottage village “Korovino” next to the Arkhangelskoye estate. The cost of each is up to 65 million rubles. One of these houses was sold in 2014.
The Meladze family still owns a hi-tech cottage with an area of 385 square meters on the territory of the Rublev village Znamenskoye Pole. The singer’s daughter Sofiko Meladze lives there. There is a similar object for sale for 90 million rubles.
Meladze’s wife, Albina Dzhanabaeva, is not associated with any expensive real estate. Her most interesting address was in Dolgoprudny in a brick house, where multi-room apartments cost up to 20 million rubles.
The first object built by Meladze is the Vantage shopping center in Vostochny Biryulyovo. And it seems that the building was originally erected without all the necessary permits.
“I had to go through a lot of various commissions in order to legalize this building,” the singer once admitted.
Valery Meladze owns this shopping center through Vantage LLC. Its cadastral price is 145 million rubles, the area is 15 acres. Almost half of the building is rented by the Magnit retail chain. Also, a pawnshop, a driving school, an economy-class hairdresser and a low-price store “Fix Price” rent premises there. By the way, the state inspection considered that this was an inappropriate use of the land under the shopping center, and filed a lawsuit to break the lease agreement. Meladze fought off the lawsuit and now he can rent out his space to anyone he wants.
A couple of years ago, Meladze mentioned that he built 17 mansions.
One of the first mansions, the construction of which Valery Meladze is related to, is located in the Odintsovo village of Gorki-2 in the KP “Association Outskirts”. According to Rosreestr, in 2000, the singer put ten acres of his own land on cadastral registration there. Its previous owner, literally a day, was Anton Kichkin, the son of the deputy chief architect of the Odintsovo district.
Soon, Meladze erected a strange mansion on this land, similar to an indoor pool, worth about one hundred million rubles and sold it to an employee of one of the federal television channels.
In 2006, Valery Meladze bought a couple of plots in the Rublev village of Znamenskoye Pole, where he built two mansions, which he sold after some time. He could earn up to 70 million rubles on each. Six months ago, the singer received another plot of land here. There will probably be construction going on soon as well.
In the 2000s and 10s, Valery Meladze built and sold a mansion in the Novomoskovsk village of Rumyantsevo (up to 75 million rubles), two cottages in the Istra SNT “Old World” (up to 200 million in total), houses in the Krasnogorsk SNT “Rosinka” (up to 50 million) and Moscow garden partnership “Mayak Burtsevo” (about 25 million), an estate in the Krasnogorsk village of Pozdnyakovo (up to 100 million rubles).
In KP “Millennium Park” Valery Meladze built three mansions, in one of them, where he lives himself, he received Ksenia Sobchak. Plots for these objects were allocated according to an intricate scheme.
First, the land was registered to the now defunct Altai firm “Fortland”, according to the papers – growing rice. The general director there was a woman who managed to manage fifty firms liquidated by the fiscals. Then the plots were transferred to the Krasnodar company “Arenda-Grant”, headed by a businessman disqualified for providing incorrect information. And then Meladze, his father and mother became the owners. In 2014, the father’s house was sold, in 2021 – Valery’s house. This could bring the singer over a billion. But the mother’s mansion, the largest and most beautiful, remained in the family.
Right now, the singer has started a large facility on the Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway. The sale can bring more than a billion rubles.
As Life found out, thousands of squares of land and five buildings were decorated on Valery Meladze at the entrance to the village of Discord. There is a big building going on right now. There are no identification marks, what is being erected is unclear. Those who are interested are driven away by security. In appearance, they will build a shopping and entertainment center or offices. On the cadastral map, some of the buildings are marked as administrative, and some as residential. The plots under them are categorized as IZHS and a roadside service complex. Completed, these premises will become a gold mine. A square can be estimated at half a million rubles, and its rent – under a hundred thousand.
Law enforcement agencies should give a legal assessment of the statements of Valery Meladze. It was in Russia that he was able to realize himself as an artist and businessman, becoming a billionaire, so his support for Ukraine looks blatant.
